Marè Blu Coaching is a people-centered leadership and organizational development firm created to help individuals and organizations awaken what’s possible. Founded by Chelsea Natale, M.S., an organizational psychologist and culture strategist, Marè Blu Coaching was born from a deep belief that leadership is about people first. We partner with leaders who want to lead with intention, empathy, and courage, and with organizations that want to build cultures where trust, purpose, and belonging thrive. Our work focuses on developing self-aware, emotionally intelligent leaders and creating workplaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow.
