About Us

Just Gather is the world's first digital detox nonprofit.
Founded in 2022, its mission is: to promote positive mindsets and mental wellness for youth and families.
The mission extends to all generations.

One goal of the nonprofit is to help EVERYONE get quiet enough to hear that voice inside which never guides us wrong.
An overarching vision includes emotional mastery for prevention of substance abuse.

The team uses Nature, the arts, and gratitude as paths to inner peace.
These elements are present in all curricula and community events.

In 2025, the team began monthly "De-Vice to Harmony" events where people come before phones.
These are offered throughout Orange County on the 1st of each month.
The format is simple and repeated for each event:

45 minutes self care
10 minutes for an inspirational speaker 5 minutes for q and a
45 minute to an hour--crowd depending--for improv music, fellowship and conversation.

Big dreams include having a well space headquarters from which the team can offer digital detox afternoons, days, and summer camps.
