Shop local! Many of our local businesses will be offering discounts, promotions, or special events on November 27th. Stay tuned for a list of all of the business offerings!

We will also be running a contest... Fill your passport with enough stamps to be entered to win prizes from local businesses.  We will be revealing our passport very soon, along with all the other fun to be had on Small Business Saturday. Thank you for Thinking Laguna First!
 

Small Business Saturday Passport Contest

Calling all shoppers! We are running a contest just to thank you for shopping local and Thinking Laguna First!

Passports will be available at businesses to pick up, but you can also print from home just to be safe in case they run out!

HOW TO PLAY:
 
1. Visit participating businesses listed on Think Laguna First

2. During the visit, get your card stamped and check out their fun offerings.

3. Fill your passport with stamps starting November 27th through November 28th, and mail or drop off at the Chamber office by November 29th to be entered to win!

SBS SIDEWALK SALE RULES

We will not be allowed to do this again if these rules aren’t obeyed by all merchants!
 

1. The display and signage does not extend into the public right-of-way.
2. The display does not reduce required parking
3. The display does not inhibit adequate ingress and egress to the building
4. All displays must be removed by 10:00pm on November 27, 2021.

The Chamber of Commerce will be filing a Temporary Use Permit for outdoor displays on November 27, 2021 citywide. Displays outside of this date must be approved by the city (see lagunabeachcity.net for appropriate permits.)
 

ADDITIONAL SUGGESTIONS FOR A GREAT EVENT! 

• Add your promotion to ‘Hot Deals’ on www.lagunabeachchamber.org (Chamber members)
  • Click Member Login on www.lagunabeachchamber.org and enter your member portal (contact the Chamber to set-up your login username and password)
  • Click the ‘Hot Deal’ button on the menu on the left side of your dashboard
  • Click ‘Add Hot Deal’ button, and enter all of the details!
  • You can choose to extend this deal past SBS through the holidays if you wish.. it will stay active on our site as long as the promotion is valid.
• Advertise your promotion on your social media channels with custom graphics from the Chamber(reach out to sarah@lagunabeachchamber.org to inquire about these images), or create your own! • Social Media Member Spotlights
  • If you are a Chamber member in good standing AND participating in Small Business Saturday, we would love to do a member spotlight on our social media!
  • If you would like to be featured please send the following items to sarah@lagunabeachchamber.org:
    • 1-4 Photos - Examples of what will draw attention: Employee standing in front of your store, employee engaging with customer inside store, anything showing personal connection
    • Writeup – Send us a 2-4 sentence blurb about your business and working in Laguna
    • Promotion – detail the promotion, offer, or event for SBS
  • You must provide all three items to be featured! Please submit your member spotlight by November 25, 2021.
