The Skyloft Prix Fixe menu for Valentine's Day begins with a "Share" (of course), with a hearty serving of Chef's home baked Corn Bread with fresh whipped butter. Then, choose from "Bites" that include Lobster Bisque, Shrimp Shots and Rib Bites before moving onto creative entreés that offer many options such as Smoked & Braised Brisket, Seared Duck with Wine-Poached Pear or Lobster Bake, an authentic creole entry with lobster tail, crawfish and chicken andouille sausage. Or, choose Chef Arthur's true love - the V-Day Cheeseburger, his assured work of art.
