Promenade Public Workshop

The Promenade on Forest is a vibrant pedestrian plaza in Downtown Laguna Beach providing a diverse mix of uses and experiences including outdoor dining, shopping, and community gathering. The temporary Promenade on Forest was created by the City of Laguna Beach in 2020 as a benefit to residents, businesses, and visitors. The Promenade is in the process of becoming a permanent fixture in our community, and we want to hear from you, Laguna Beach!

The permanent project will construct a pedestrian plaza design to continue the Promenade on Forest program permanently by preserving and enhancing the unique character of Downtown Laguna Beach, transforming the temporary Promenade on Forest into a strong City center, and permanently establishing the Promenade as an iconic destination that meets the needs and desires of residents, employees and visitors.
